We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and passionate Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, and specialty drinks.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.
- Prepare smoothies, shakes, and other café beverages as per the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.
- Coordinate with café staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
- Ability to operate professional espresso machines.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn current beverage recipes.
