Social Media & E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Social Media & E-Commerce Executive to manage our brand’s online presence, create engaging fashion content, and maintain our website.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

* Manage and grow our social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

* Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.

* Publish posts, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and long-form videos.

* Write engaging captions, product descriptions, SEO-friendly titles, and relevant hashtags.

* Monitor comments, messages, audience engagement, and page performance.

* Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, website traffic, and sales.

2. Content Creation & Editing

* Create engaging fashion-related content, including Reels, promotional videos, product showcases, and campaign creatives.

* Edit videos and images using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.

* Design social media posts, banners, thumbnails, promotional creatives, and festive campaign content.

* Identify trending audio, formats, and content ideas relevant to the fashion industry.

* Coordinate product shoots, model shoots,



and other brand promotions when required.

3. Website Management

* Manage and update our Shopify website.

* Upload new products with images, descriptions, prices, sizes, and other relevant details.

* Update product collections, banners, offers, and promotional sections.

* Monitor product availability, pricing, links, and website presentation.

* Ensure products are displayed correctly and help improve the customer shopping experience.

* Knowledge of basic website SEO and initiatives to improve online conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or e-commerce.

* Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.

* Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform is preferred.

* Good skills in video editing, image editing, and creative design.

* Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, hashtags, and content strategy.

* Valuable written communication skills and a creative mindset.

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple platforms, and meet deadlines.

* An interest in fashion, ethnic wear, and online retail will be an advantage.
