What you’ll do

- Speak with interested learners, understand their career goals, and recommend the right course
- Run counselling calls and video sessions with warm leads (no cold-calling grind)
- Guide students from enquiry to enrolment and handle their doubts and objections honestly
- Follow up consistently and maintain records in the CRM
- Hit monthly enrolment targets and keep improving your conversion rate

What we’re looking for

- Graduate in any stream (law, commerce, and arts backgrounds do well)
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English, both spoken and confident
- A positive listener who can build trust quickly and explain things simply




- Self-driven and target-oriented, comfortable with a performance-linked pay structure
- Resilient: you see “no” as “not yet”
- Prior experience in edtech, counselling, or inside sales is a plus, but not required
