Work Location: Kolkata South city mall.

Salary: Up to ₹38,000 CTC per month

Working Hours: As per assigned mall/store operating hours

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Business Development Executives to promote Pay4's Bill Payment Split Option across retail stores located in shopping malls. The role involves building strong relationships with existing merchants and their store staff, engaging with walk-in customers, and driving awareness and adoption of the Pay4 payment option to increase transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and manage multiple retail stores within the assigned mall, including lifestyle, apparel, footwear, bags, watches, and other fashion and accessory outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, store managers, sales executives, and frontline store staff.
- Promote Pay4's Bill Payment Split Option among merchant staff and walk-in customers.
- Ensure store staff are aware of the Pay4 option and actively communicate its benefits to eligible customers.
- Proactively engage with customers when store staff are unable to explain or promote the payment option effectively.
- Explain the payment process and relevant benefits to customers in a straightforward and customer-friendly manner.




- Identify opportunities to increase customer adoption and drive Pay4 transactions across assigned stores.
- Conduct regular rounds across the mall to connect with store teams, identify business opportunities, and ensure consistent promotion of the offering.
- Train and support merchant staff on the payment process and address basic queries related to Pay4.
- Track store-wise performance, customer engagement, and transaction numbers, and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams and merchant partners to resolve operational challenges and improve business performance.
- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and applicable processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: MBA/ Graduate, as per company requirements.
- Candidates with experience in High end retail Store, mall sales, customer engagement, or business development may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with walk-in customers.
- Ability to build relationships with store staff and influence them to promote the offering.
- Willingness to walk around the mall and visit multiple stores throughout the working day.
- Comfortable working in shifts aligned with mall and store operating hours.
