Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to maintain company records, update data in Excel and company software, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update daily data in Excel, Google Sheets, and company software.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, inventory, and product details.
- Verify data entries and correct errors wherever required.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Update jewellery item codes, product details, quantities, weights, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and accounts departments for data verification.
- Maintain data confidentiality and complete assigned work within deadlines.




- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; computer diploma preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Typing speed of 30–40 WPM preferred, with good accuracy.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and data management will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery inventory or manufacturing data is preferred.
- Good attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- ExperienceFreshers with good computer skills can apply.
- Previous experience in data entry, MIS, inventory, or jewellery industry will be an advantage.
