About the RoleThe Organic World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to support day-to-day store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure products are properly stocked, arranged, and displayed on shelves.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages to the Store Manager.
- Assist customers in product selection and provide information about products and offers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
- Support billing and checkout operations when required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Ensure proper FIFO (First In First Out) stock rotation.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock audits.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Required SkillsBasic communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- QualificationPUC / Any Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in retail stores, supermarkets, grocery stores, or FMCG outlets.
