At Plug by Ripplica, we're building an AI-first video production agency working with brands and businesses across industries.
What you'll do:
- Edit engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts and video ads.
- Add B-roll, motion graphics, captions and sound effects.
- Transform AI avatar videos into polished, engaging content.
- Experiment with AI tools to make videos better and production faster.
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid sense of storytelling, pacing and visual design.
- Familiarity with AI video tools is a plus.
- Creativity, ownership and the ability to deliver consistently.
