Rose Enterprises is looking for a smart and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations and marketplace activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Update product details, prices, and stock regularly
- Handle order processing and dispatch coordination
- Monitor online sales and prepare reports
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchange process
- Run basic promotional offers and platform campaigns
- Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and MS Excel
- Positive communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience in online sales / marketplace handling preferred
