We are looking for energetic, target-driven professionals to drive **EMI and Pay-Later business growth** across non-electronics categories, including Furniture, Health & Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, Travel, and Education.

? The role focuses on promoting Credit Card EMI and Debit Card EMI solutions, increasing customer awareness, and driving EMI transactions at assigned retail stores.

? **ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**

✅ MBA is mandatory

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, BFSI, Fintech, or Merchant Acquisition

✅ Two-wheeler is mandatory

✅ Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

✅ Strong sales orientation and target-achievement capabilities

? **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Drive EMI and Pay-Later business development across non-electronics retail categories.

- Conduct EMI training sessions for store staff and sales teams.





- Promote EMI options directly to walk-in customers.

- Educate store managers about EMI benefits and business growth opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners.

- Increase EMI awareness, customer conversions, and transaction volumes.

- Achieve business targets and improve EMI penetration at the assigned store.
