Designation : Hotel Consultant – English & Chinese

We are looking for a Hotel Consultant who can manage hotel reservations and assist clients with their accommodation requirements. The candidate should have good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle hotel bookings, reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Assist clients in selecting hotels according to their requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with hotels, clients, and suppliers.
- Share hotel options, rates, and availability with clients.
- Manage reservation confirmations and follow-ups.
- Communicate with clients in English and Chinese.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation details.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of hotel booking and reservation processes.
- Good customer service and coordination skills.
- Robust follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with hotel booking, travel, or hospitality experience are preferred.
- Freshers may apply if they have the required language proficiency and relevant skills.
