We are looking for motivated and confident Telecaller Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, confirming orders, verifying delivery addresses, and improving order conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding their orders.
- Confirm orders and verify customer details and delivery addresses.
- Follow up with customers to improve order confirmation rates.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Update call feedback and order status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
