Job SummaryGetlux is looking for Tele Collection Executives to contact customers regarding overdue loan payments, follow up on pending dues, and support timely repayments.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue loan payments.
- Explain pending dues and payment details clearly.
- Follow up on promised payment dates (PTP).
- Encourage customers to make timely payments.
- Update call status, customer feedback, and payment commitments in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and follow company policies.
