Looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator with 4–7 years of experience, preferably in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG or Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sales orders and customer coordination.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers and sales teams.
- Handle quotations, invoices and order processing.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and logistics teams.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments and deliveries.

Requirements:

- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Experience in sales operations and order management.
- Preference for candidates from Cosmetics, Beauty & Personal Care or FMCG manufacturing companies.
