Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic **Telecaller** to contact leads provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound and inbound calls to **leads provided by the company**.

* Contact customers who have expressed interest.

* Understand the customer's requirements and reason for selling their gold.

* Explain the company's gold-selling process clearly and professionally.

* Inform customers about the required process for gold evaluation and purchase.

* Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, interest levels, and follow-up status.

* Update customer information and call details in CRM/company records.

* Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.

* Achieve daily/monthly calling and follow-up targets.

* Provide regular reports on lead status and customer responses to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, telesales,



or customer service is an advantage.

* **Good communication skills in English and Tamil.**

* **Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.**

* Pleasant, confident, and professional telephone manner.

* Good listening and convincing skills.

* Strong follow-up ability.

* Customer-friendly attitude with patience and professionalism.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp/MS Office.

* Willingness to learn about the company's gold evaluation and purchasing process.

* Target-oriented and responsible approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Number of calls completed.

* Lead follow-up rate.

* Customer engagement and response rate.

* Number of customers interested in selling gold.

* Number of branch visits/appointments generated.

* Conversion of assigned leads into branch visits.

* Timely updating of customer and follow-up records.
