- Eligibility Criteria Qualification: PUC, Graduates are eligible to apply
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Age Limit: 18–32 years.
- Communication: Excellent fluency in spoken and written US English.
- Solid listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Weekly Offs: 2 days off.
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab transportation within a 20 km radius of the office, subject to company transport policies.
- Training and process guidance will be provided as per company requirements.
- Looking only for english and hindi [for domestic company]

Salary StructureFreshers: ₹19,000–₹23,000 per month (in-hand)

Experienced Candidates: ₹33,000–₹35,000 per month (in-hand)

Salary is subject to the candidate's experience, assessment, and applicable company policies.

Interview ProcessThe selection process consists of 3 rounds:

1. HR Round: Introduction, eligibility, shift flexibility, and salary discussion.
2. Aptitude Round: Assessment of logical reasoning and basic aptitude.
3. Operations Round: Communication assessment, customer-handling scenarios, and process suitability.
