Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, inventory, orders, and sales performance across platforms such as Flipkart, and Shopify.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing.
- Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor orders, inventory, stock availability, returns, and cancellations.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility, rankings, and sales.
- Monitor advertising campaigns, sales reports, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, and logistics teams.
- Handle customer queries, marketplace tickets, and seller account issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports using Excel.




- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and stock updates.
- Track competitors, market trends, and new sales opportunities.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling.
- Good command of MS Excel and data entry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Knowledge of product SEO, inventory management, and marketplace advertising is an advantage.
- QualificationsGraduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant skills.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Freshers with positive computer and Excel skills may apply.
