Field Sales & Marketing Executive Position Overview We are looking for confident, persuasive, and customer-focused candidates for a field sales and marketing role involving face-to-face interactions. Current Vacancies  Mumbai: 5 vacancies  Bengaluru: 5 vacancies  Ahmedabad: 2 female candidates Key Responsibilities  Engage with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions and field activities.  Promote products or services, explain key benefits, and address customer queries.  Use effective communication and convincing skills to generate leads and support sales conversions.  Build positive customer relationships and represent the organisation professionally.  Work towards assigned sales targets and share updates on field activities and outcomes.



Candidate Requirements  Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.  Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.  Fluency in the local language of the respective city, along with Hindi and English.  Confident, positive, customer-oriented, and comfortable with face-to-face field sales.  Willingness to work in a target-driven environment. Salary Structure  Freshers: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on interview performance.  Experienced candidates: Salary up to ₹35,000 per month.  Exceptional candidates may be considered for up to ₹40,000 per month, including freshers, based on interview performance and overall suitability. Working Hours & Weekly Off  Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.  Weekly off: One weekday from Monday to Thursday, coordinated according to operational requirements.
