Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic HR Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna & other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Manage daily candidate lineups and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly hiring and joining targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Requirements:

- Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
