Responsible for managing production, PCB assembly, testing, quality control, and timely delivery of embedded electronic products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Supervise PCB assembly (SMT/THT) and product manufacturing.
- Ensure products meet quality and testing standards.
- Troubleshoot production and assembly issues.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, and QA teams.
- Improve productivity and reduce defects/rework.
- Maintain production records and reports.
