Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, and consultancies for student placements
- Identify hiring opportunities for freshers and organize campus drives, walk-ins, and virtual interviews
- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer closures
- Develop and manage a database of recruiters and hiring managers
- Work closely with trainers to ensure students are interview-ready
- Track and report placement metrics (interviews scheduled, offers, conversions, etc.)
- Arrange mock interviews,



resume reviews, and placement readiness sessions

Key Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical staffing / placement coordination
- Strong network with IT companies and hiring managers
- Experience in bulk hiring or fresher hiring drives is highly preferred
- Valuable understanding of IT roles such as Data Science,Data Analytics,AI, Java Developer, Python Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to work with targets and placement goals
