- Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
- Monitor store productivity, customer footfall, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety norms.
- Team ManagementLead, train, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Allocate duties, monitor attendance, and manage shift schedules.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Drive employee engagement and retention.
- Customer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.

- Inventory & Stock ManagementMaintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock-outs.
- Monitor shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage control.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for replenishment.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and product freshness.
- Sales & Business DevelopmentExecute promotions and marketing activities within the store.
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive category-wise sales and improve basket size.
- Focus on Fresh, Grocery, Organic Foods, Fruits & Vegetables, and FMCG categories.
- Compliance & ReportingMaintain statutory compliance and audit readiness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
- Ensure POS accuracy and cash management procedures.
- RequirementsEducationGraduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
