Requirements:
- Minimum 2nd PUC/Graduate
- Valuable communication in English, Kannada and Hindi
- Telecalling or sales experience preferred
- CRM and computer knowledge
- Confident, hardworking and eager to achieve targets
- Flexible with working timings
- Willing to work from the office/hybrid in north Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and sales calls
- Explain resort packages
- Follow up with leads and convert bookings
- Update customer details in CRM
- Coordinate reservations and customer requirements
