Job Opening: Tally Accountant & Telecalling Sales Executive

About Chirag Sales

Chirag Sales is a project material sourcing and supply company dealing in electrical products, cables, pumps, pipes, earthing materials, lighting, and other industrial and infrastructure project requirements.

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive candidate who can manage accounting operations while supporting sales through customer calling and enquiry follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tally & Accounting

- Maintain daily sales and purchase entries in Tally.

- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.

- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for payment follow-ups.

- Maintain records of receipts, payments, and expenses.

- Assist in bank reconciliation, GST-related documentation, and stock records.

- Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of accounting documents.

2. Telecalling & Sales Coordination

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

- Follow up on enquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, WhatsApp, and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.





- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team for order closure.

- Follow up on pending quotations, repeat orders, and inactive customers.

- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up schedules.

- Build and maintain skilled relationships with retailers, contractors, builders, industrial buyers, and project procurement teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate or relevant accounting qualification preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years in Tally accounting, telecalling, or sales coordination preferred.

- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of GST invoices, ledgers, and accounting entries.

- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English is preferred.

- Confident on calls, organised, punctual, and detail-oriented.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
