Job SummaryRasme Sweets Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations & Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, sales performance, staff coordination, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have robust operational skills and experience in managing a retail outlet, sweets shop, bakery, food retail, or QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Store & Operations Management

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures, staff attendance, and shift management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational policies.
- Maintain proper product display, availability, and store presentation.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and purchase requirements with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, and stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Control product wastage, stock discrepancies, and inventory losses.

3. Sales & Business Performance

- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and improving store profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

4. Team & Customer Management

- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to maintain productivity.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and business requirements.

5. Reporting & Administration

- Maintain records of sales, stock movement, wastage, and daily expenses.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with accounts and management for billing, cash deposits, and reconciliations.
- Support management in implementing new processes and improving business performance.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
- Experience in sales monitoring, cash handling, and stock reconciliation.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, POS systems, and inventory software.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, product freshness, and wastage control.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in sweets shops, bakeries, food retail, QSRs, or restaurant chains will be preferred.
