Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from company-provided leads, databases, and referrals.
- Promote and explain features, benefits, eligibility criteria, offers, and documentation requirements for Credit Cards, Loan on Card, and Insurance products.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their profile, usage needs, and financial eligibility.
- Convert leads into applications by handling objections, building interest, and guiding customers through the sales process.
- Follow up with customers at each stage of the application until closure, ensuring timely turnaround and a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,



call outcomes, lead status, follow-ups, and application details in the CRM or sales tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, telecalling guidelines, data privacy norms, and applicable financial-product regulations.
- Escalate customer queries, complaints, or complex cases to the supervisor or relevant internal team promptly.
- Share market feedback, customer objections, competitor insights, and campaign effectiveness with the reporting manager.
