Industry Preference: Ayurveda / Wellness / Herbal Products
Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced NDR Executive with a background in the Ayurveda, wellness or herbal products industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing non-delivery cases, coordinating with courier partners and customers, and reducing RTO (Return to Origin) shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily NDR cases through courier portals and logistics platforms.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery availability and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with courier partners to arrange reattempts for failed deliveries.
- Follow up on pending shipments and ensure timely NDR resolution.
- Minimize RTO cases through effective customer communication and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain daily records of NDR cases, delivery status, and RTO shipments.
- Coordinate with customer support, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Escalate unresolved delivery issues to the concerned teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on NDR resolution and delivery performance.
- Required Skills and QualificationsPrior experience as an NDR Executive or in logistics/e-commerce operations is mandatory.
- Candidates must have experience in the Ayurveda, wellness, herbal, or healthcare products industry.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of courier portals, shipment tracking, and RTO management.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Experienced candidates only; freshers will not be considered.
- Relevant industry experience in Ayurveda or wellness is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience handling COD orders, NDR cases and RTO reduction will be preferred.
