1. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute HVAC installation works, including VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ducting, ventilation, and piping.
2. Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
3. Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth site execution.
4. Monitor daily site activities, manpower productivity, material consumption, and work progress.
5. Check HVAC ducting, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, insulation, equipment installation, and related accessories.
6. Conduct and coordinate pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, vacuuming, and testing & commissioning activities.
7. Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, material requisitions, and work completion reports.
8. Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and proper housekeeping at the project site.
9. Identify site issues, resolve technical problems, and report delays or deviations to the Project Manager.
10. Support preparation of BOQs, as-built drawings, snag lists, and handover documentation.

- Required Qualifications & Skills




- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution and site supervision.
- Valuable knowledge of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Experience in manpower handling, material planning, and site coordination.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in commercial buildings, offices, hospitals, hotels, industrial projects, or data centers will be preferred.
- Practical site execution experience is essential.
- Candidates should be responsible, disciplined, proactive, and capable of independently managing site activities.
