Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Officer (FOS) to join our team in Samastipur, Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer handling, sales activities, loan/EMI collections, and maintaining good relationships with customers and dealers.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to customers and dealers.
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle customer onboarding and verification.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan/EMI payments and collections.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and dealers.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of applications.
- Maintain daily activity and field visit reports.




- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.
- RequirementsQualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates from Samastipur and nearby areas will be preferred.
