Job Title: Alu -Alu Blister Packing Machine Operator

Department: Production

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the Alu -Alu blister packing machine for tablet and capsule packaging.
- Perform routine cleaning and changeover activities as per SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Report machine breakdowns and packaging defects to the supervisor.
- Set machine parameters according to product and batch requirements.
- Ensure proper forming, sealing, cutting, and packing of blister strips.
- Check packaging quality, batch coding, and sealing integrity.
- Maintain batch production records and equipment logbooks.

Qualification





- 10, 12, ITI / Diploma or any relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Pharmaceutical production or packaging experience preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience operating Alu-Alu blister packing machines preferred.
- Fresher’s may be considered based on company requirements.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging operations.
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and documentation.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
