We are a leading real estate development firm in Pune, dedicated to delivering high-quality residential spaces. Narayani Constructions is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Civil Engineer (Site) to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have around 4 years of hands-on experience in executing residential building projects from ground level to final finishing.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• ?️ Supervise daily in office residential construction activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved architectural blueprints and structural drawings.
• ? Manage labor, contractors, and sub-contractors effectively to meet project milestones.
• ? Monitor the quality of construction materials delivered to the site and maintain strict quality control standards for all civil works (RCC, brickwork, plastering).
• ? Take accurate measurements for billing, check contractor invoices, and maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
• ? Coordinate with structural designers, architects,
and project managers to resolve any on-site technical issues.
• ? Ensure strict adherence to residential site safety guidelines and protocols.
? REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• ? Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• ⏳ Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site/Civil Engineer specifically in residential building construction.
• ? Skills: Strong knowledge of concrete work, brickwork, internal/external plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and residential finishing works.
• ? Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
• ?️ Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• ? Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, AutoCAD is a plus).
