Role summary

You turn boxes of panels into a finished kitchen or wardrobe in the customer's home. Your work is the part the customer sees and judges, so fit, finish and a clean site matter as much as speed. Key responsibilities Read installation drawings and layouts, and confirm site measurements before starting Unpack and check material against the packing list; report missing or damaged parts the same day Assemble carcasses using cam locks, dowels, minifix and confirmat screws Install modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, vanities and lofts as per design Fix hinges, channels, tandem boxes, lift-up systems, handles and accessories, and align shutters and drawers Fit countertops, skirting, profiles and fillers where required Do in office corrections: trimming,



re-drilling and edge touch-ups with hand and power tools Use drill, impact driver, jigsaw, router and laser level safely Clean the site and remove packing waste after work Handle snag lists and after-sales service visits Do bench assembly and pre-fitting at the factory when not on site

Requirements: ITI in Carpentry preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience Hands-on experience with modular hardware brands such as Hettich, Hafele, Blum or Ebco Able to read drawings and take accurate measurements Polite with customers and careful inside their homes Willing to travel daily to sites across Delhi NCR
