Role Description The Winter Intern role at Lumiraptors is a full-time and part-time remote position based in jhansi. The intern will support day-to-day operations such as assisting with project coordination, conducting research, documenting processes, and helping prepare materials related to the upcoming launch.

Responsibilities may include organizing data, drafting internal communications, participating in team meetings, and contributing ideas to improve workflows and initiatives.



The role is designed to offer hands-on learning, exposure to early-stage building, and the opportunity to engage directly with a team focused on experimentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct structured research, organize information, and present findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software).
- Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn through experience, and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work in office in Deoria, collaborate with others, and manage time effectively in a full-time schedule.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in any discipline; interest in startups, innovation, or organization-building is a plus.
