Role Description The Visa Interview Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. The trainer will conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to prepare clients for visa interviews, including mock interviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans. Daily responsibilities include explaining common visa interview questions, helping clients structure clear and consistent answers, and coaching them on body language, confidence, and professional etiquette.

The role involves creating and updating training materials, tracking client progress, and coordinating session schedules.



The trainer will also stay informed about changing visa requirements, collaborate with other team members, and maintain accurate records of training activities.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and build client confidence.
- Ability to design and deliver training sessions, including mock interviews and feedback-based coaching.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly spoken in the region is an advantage.
- Knowledge of student and visitor visa processes and typical interview procedures, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple clients, maintaining schedules, and documenting training outcomes.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (video conferencing, word processing, presentations) for creating and delivering materials.
- Prior experience in training, counseling, education, or visa consultancy is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certifications in counseling, training, or communication are an added benefit.
