Role Description The Vertical Collection Head is a full time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for overseeing and optimizing collection operations for a specific product or business vertical. This role involves designing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring recovery performance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

The Vertical Collection

Head will lead and mentor collection teams, set targets, review portfolio risk, and implement action plans to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. The role includes close coordination with finance, risk, and operations teams,



preparing performance reports, and using analytical insights to guide decision-making. The position requires hands-on involvement in complex cases, continuous process improvement, and effective stakeholder communication to support business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Collections Management skills, with experience handling diverse portfolios and delinquent accounts.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key collection metrics, and develop insight-driven collection strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand credit products, risk, and portfolio health.
- Relevant skills such as knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, proficiency in collection tools/CRM systems, and strong negotiation and communication abilities are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, along with prior experience in collections or credit risk leadership, is preferred.
