We are building a landmark hospitality destination and are looking for experienced leaders to join our core team.

1. Finance Manager

Lead accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting

Oversee statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Companies Act) and audits

Manage project costing, vendor payments, and fund utilisation

Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

2. Project Manager

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of construction and fit-out works

Manage contractors, consultants, schedules, quality, and budgets

Coordinate MEP, civil, and interior packages through to handover

Qualification: B.Tech/BE (Civil) or equivalent; PMP is an advantage

Requirements (both posts)

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience

Experience in the construction and hospitality industries preferred

Solid leadership, communication, and reporting skills

Location: Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, Kerala

Compensation: Best in industry, commensurate with experien
