Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US IT/Non-IT Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for US clients, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, understanding role requirements, scheduling interviews, negotiating compensation, and supporting offer and onboarding processes.

The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and ATS systems,



ensuring compliance with client and company policies, and building long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders. The recruiter will work closely with the delivery and account management teams to meet hiring targets and support overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust US recruitment skills across IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
- Proficiency using job boards and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, internal ATS) for active and passive talent sourcing.
- Good understanding of US hiring practices, time zones, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and basic labor and compliance considerations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience as a US recruiter in an agency or corporate setting; experience in IT staffing or RPO/BPO environments is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work US shifts as required to support client needs.
