- Maintain a state-by-state payroll tax account register and compliance calendar covering registrations, filings, payments, notices, and account closures.
- Reconcile payroll tax liabilities, ADP withdrawals, agency payments, and filing confirmations; investigate discrepancies and resolve tax notices with ADP and the relevant agencies.
- Coordinate and verify quarterly and annual payroll reporting, including Forms 941, 940, W-2/W-3, and applicable state and local returns, with ADP and external advisers.
- Complete required state new-hire reporting and process employee transfers, address changes, and terminations accurately.

- Maintain payroll reports, calculation worksheets, approval records, and audit documentation while protecting confidential employee information.

- Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations, and payroll calculation worksheets.
- Excellent written and verbal English, attention to detail, and the ability to follow issues through to resolution.
