About the Role

Secova Healthcare is looking for motivated and result-oriented US Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, resume databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit healthcare professionals for various US healthcare roles based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, and job suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Negotiate pay rates, where applicable, and discuss job requirements, shift timings, and employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets, submission goals, and placement deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience in US Healthcare Recruitment is mandatory.
- Good understanding of US healthcare staffing, recruitment processes, and commonly hired healthcare positions.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, resume databases, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on timely closures.
- Willingness to work in the US East Coast shift and from our Pune office.
