•Candidates should have 1 year Experience as US HEALTHCARE Recruiter.
•Worked with International Candidates on Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring and Negotiations on offers..
•Developing an action plan for recruiting, understanding client requirements, and mapping relevant targets
•Pure Work from Office.
Key Responsibilities
•Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for various positions including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
•Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
•Candidate Management: Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and ensure a high-quality match between candidates and client requirements.
•Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on relevant job boards, social media, and company websites.
•Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
•Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
•Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and client satisfaction.
