Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Noida.

The Travel

Consultant will assist travelers in planning and booking trips, including road trips, treks, and curated experiences, while ensuring high-quality service and accurate information. Day-to-day tasks include understanding traveler preferences, suggesting suitable destinations and itineraries, managing bookings and reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, and resolving customer queries before, during, and after trips. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of routes, accommodations, local experiences, and safety guidelines, as well as collaborating with operations and marketing teams to improve travel packages.

Consultant will be expected to work from the Noida office, engaging directly with customers via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design suitable itineraries and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, scheduling, and vendor coordination effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive traveler experience throughout the journey.
- Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse travelers and explain complex travel details clearly.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
- Candidates should possess comfort with basic computer applications and travel-related tools; familiarity with CRM or booking platforms is an advantage.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or trip operations is preferred; knowledge of Indian destinations and Himalayan regions is a plus.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial, though practical experience and passion for travel are highly valued.
