About the Company: Tripare is a B2B AI-powered business travel platform helping companies manage corporate travel, bookings, expenses and the overall travel experience from one place. We are a growing product team, and we’re looking for engineers who like working close to the product and are comfortable taking a feature from requirement to production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for Tripare AI's corporate travel platform, ensuring an intuitive experience for both finance teams and business travelers.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iteratively improve the platform's booking, expense, and analytics modules.
- Translate complex business requirements and AI capabilities into elegant, user-centric design solutions, adhering to Tripare AI's "simplicity first" philosophy.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system, style guides, and component libraries using Figma (or similar tools) to ensure consistency and scalability across all product touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, front-end engineers,



and AI/ML teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and technical feasibility, driving measurable UX improvements.

Experience and Qualification Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful B2B SaaS product designs, ideally within corporate travel or travel tech
- Expert proficiency with up-to-date design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma is a strong plus), including experience in developing and managing comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct end-to-end user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, journey mapping) and translate complex data into actionable design improvements.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate design decisions, and iterate rapidly based on feedback and analytical data, enhancing human decision-making.
