### ? Job Responsibilities
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customized domestic and international tour itineraries.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Prepare quotations based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Explain visa requirements, travel documentation, and package inclusions.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
### ? Requirements
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in travel and sales are welcome.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare itineraries and convert enquiries into bookings.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.

- Senior Travel Consultant: 6+ years
- Mid-Level Travel Consultant: 2–5 years
- Junior Travel Consultant: 0–2 years
