Role Description The Transportation Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position is responsible for planning and scheduling daily delivery routes, coordinating two-person delivery teams, and ensuring timely, safe, and efficient transportation operations. The role includes monitoring vehicle availability, tracking deliveries, resolving routing issues, and communicating with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to maintain smooth operations.

The Transportation

Coordinator will support compliance with company procedures, maintain accurate records,



and help optimize processes to improve service quality and on-time performance. This role also involves responding to operational incidents, providing clear updates to stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement in home delivery operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Transportation Management skills to plan routes, manage fleets, and oversee day-to-day logistics.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with delivery teams, warehouse staff, and customer service representatives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support positive end-customer experiences and represent client brands professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to handle schedules, documentation, and multiple concurrent deliveries accurately.
- Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or home delivery operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and manage time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency with routing or logistics software and basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance.
