Role Description The Travel Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Jalandhar. This role involves handling end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodation, and related services according to client requirements and budgets.

The Travel

Executive will consult with customers to understand their travel preferences, suggest suitable itineraries, and provide guidance on destinations, pricing, and travel policies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing reservations and changes, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high-quality customer service before, during, and after travel. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, using booking and travel management systems,



and collaborating with colleagues to meet operational and service goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to coordinate bookings, schedules, and itineraries efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting to advise customers on destinations, packages, and travel options that meet their needs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and partners and resolve issues promptly.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, GDS or online reservation tools, and basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, collaborate with team members, and adapt to dynamic customer requirements.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role is preferred; a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Business is an advantage.
