Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Kolkata.

The Travel

Consultant will design and customize itineraries, handle travel inquiries, and advise clients on destinations, accommodations, and transport options across the regions where Clubside operates. Daily responsibilities include managing bookings and reservations, preparing quotations, coordinating travel arrangements with vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation and confirmations. The role involves delivering responsive customer service, resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regional attractions, regulations, and seasonal trends.

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to optimize tour packages and support the overall quality of client experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and client advisory related to destinations, routes, and itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management, including planning, coordination, and oversight of tour operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements, covering transport, accommodation, activities, and vendor coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing Reservations and booking systems with attention to accuracy and timelines.
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages, along with clear written and verbal interaction with clients and partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple inquiries, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry, especially in domestic or adventure travel, is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic office software and online booking tools; familiarity with CRM or travel management systems is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
