Role Description The Textile Engineer role is a full time hybrid position based in Panipat, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Textile

Engineer will oversee and optimize textile manufacturing processes, including yarn preparation, weaving, knitting, dyeing, and finishing, to meet quality and productivity targets. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production lines, analyzing process data, implementing improvements, and coordinating with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues. The role involves supporting research and development initiatives, evaluating new materials and technologies, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

The Textile





Engineer will also communicate technical findings to internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across the mill’s operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Textile Industry and Textiles, with the ability to apply technical concepts to manufacturing operations.
- Experience with Manufacturing Processes in textiles, including process optimization, quality control, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to contribute to Research and Development (R&D;) activities, such as testing new materials, methods, and technologies.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting technical procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment, production planning, and basic lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of relevant software tools for monitoring production and quality metrics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and adapt to changing production priorities.
- Prior experience in a textile mill or fabric manufacturing environment is preferred.
