Hiring: Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Lead to drive full-stack development, lead engineering teams, and deliver scalable software solutions.

Candidate Requirements

- 9–10 years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of team-handling or technical leadership experience.
- Must have hands-on coding experience alongside leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in manufacturing technology, MES/ERP, Industry 4.0, or digital transformation projects is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Design application architecture and build scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Oversee development, code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Work hands-on with frontend and backend technologies.




- Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Angular, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Docker, REST APIs, and application architecture.
- Solid understanding of full-stack development and software design principles.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and team management.
