About the Role

We are looking for a Product Technical Recruiter with experience hiring top engineering talent for software product companies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruiting skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for product engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across product engineering teams.
- Source and attract talent for Software Engineering, Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and other technology roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and achieve recruitment targets within agreed timelines.

Requirements





- 3–6 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with software product or SaaS companies.
- Robust understanding of software engineering technologies, product development teams, and technical job requirements.
- Proven experience hiring engineers for product-based organizations.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver against hiring targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience hiring for niche and senior engineering positions.
- Strong understanding of engineering talent markets and competitive hiring practices.
