Technical Consultant – ServiceNow AI-Enabled Data Management

Full time Contract 8 hours per day & All working days

Work Mode: Remote; candidates open to a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Hyderabad office are preferred

Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development technologies

Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs

Experience configuring and developing solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations with external systems

Experience with ServiceNow data models, Import Sets, Transform Maps, data integrations, and large enterprise datasets

Experience with IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, Product Model, or enterprise data-quality initiatives

Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions involving IT Asset, Hardware Asset, CMDB, Product Model,



or enterprise data management

Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, transformation, normalization, and troubleshooting

Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data analysis, queries, and reporting

Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assist

Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering

Understanding of responsible AI principles, including data governance, bias awareness, transparency, security, and human oversight

Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and structured software development standards

Ability to independently troubleshoot complex ServiceNow, integration, and data-related issues

Experience supporting system integration testing, product testing, UAT defect resolution, regression testing, and release-readiness activities

Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments

Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment

Required ServiceNow Certifications

CSA Certified System Administrator

CAD Certified Application Developer

CIS Certified Implementation Specialist Plus, at least one additional certification
