Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities across multiple functions.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth, timely selection process.



Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, managing recruitment tools and databases, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, participate in hiring events, and support continuous improvement of recruitment practices aligned with Hike Education’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills for managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess talent and support effective selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to help position Hike Education as an attractive place to work.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in EdTech or fast-growing organizations.
- Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and work with applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
